quickie

So I'm sitting at the airport waiting for my flight to LA from Detroit and figured I would share with you the triptych that i painted for my older cousin's house. And yes, LA studios beware!! you are about to get ravished by one very charming asian (not that charming) .. mwahahahaha .. I'll be sure to update with my adventures in LA when I can. Also, sorry about the bad photo. I only had my phone on hand to take the photo.

Here is another quick update. What I have here for you are some character illustrations for the "Knights of the Round" game concept. Its finals week and I'm dead tired so there you have my quick and easy update.

quick update

Currently I'm working on a matte painting that is suppose to be representing Detroit's past, present and future. Its still a massive WIP but I figured I would share some new stuff with you guys to let you know I'm still alive.

Painting days

I am going to try doing at least one painting every couple of days and post it up during this break from school to keep me going. On another note, for the coming semester, I plan to design characters for a "King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table" done Dynasty Warriors style or at least for its engine for Senior Studio. So the paintings that I will be doing will revolve around medieval armors, weapons and themes with design twist to the traditional armors scene. Here is the first one which is a portrait of a helmet based on Danish Viking helmets with a bit of an "elf" design twist. I guess you could even call it a bit celt inspired.
