surprise!!!

SURPRISE!!!!! A SECOND UPDATE IN LESS THAN A WEEK!!!! this is a matte painting i did for my matte painting class. Im happy with how it came out considering this was my second actual attempt at matte painting. anyways, just thought I would show you guys that I actually have finished work. (now~ lol) have a good one

only 2 more weeks

So there are only 2 more weeks till the end of the semester. Its been a great and busy semester and i feel like i have learned a tremendous amount this year. With a great fall semester, it makes me even more excited for the following winter semester. Well, thats it for now and i hope you enjoy this quick sketch i did for fun to relax. CANT WAIT FOR WINTER BREAK!!!! I HAVE LOTS IN MIND OF WHAT IM GOING TO BE DOING!!!

something a little different

So the semester is coming to a close and I decided to take some time out of my schedule and sketch for fun. Lately i've been having a hard time figuring which way is the most comfortable and natural way for me to render. So recently i decided to try out this method i see a lot where you do a line drawing and then you paint under the lines and a little bit over the line work where ever you want to draw the focus of your viewer. So here is a little something something i did after i finished retouching some photos for a job. hope you enjoy and i hope that this leads me somewhere i'll feel comfortable and natural doing. (and the drawing is BLAH...also it is just another one of those drawings that i just allowed my hand to do without thinking)

so here is a quick little update... just something i did for fun with no real meaning... it was another one of those pieces where i just let my mind go blank and paint

got a bit bored after hw

so i got a little bored after finishing my homework for viscom and decided that to let my mind wonder around with no direction. I dont think i should do that anymore because i ended up with the child of Wolverine and elvis.... dont ask..lol ...on another note, the school year has been great so far and i really feel like im getting my money's worth out of this semester... have a good day people.. oh yeah.. i believe this was about a 20 to 40 minute brain spazz, no direction painting... i think

school is back in session

I know i said i was gonna post some stuff that i was suppose to do over the summer but a lot of un expected things happened that prevented me from doing anything i had originally planned. And before i knew it, school had started. So its official, CCS is now back in session and i am only taking 15 credits this semester unlike the 18 i took last semester. Ive already finished the first week of classes and ive gotta say, im excited about this semester. It seems like its going to be a great fall semester for me this year. Cant wait to get some projects and drawings done, that way i can finally start posting some work for you guys to see. And to my friends that stop by every now and then on here, (choose what ever fits your situation)
